Meet Chef Joe

Chef Joe is a career focused and highly dedicated culinary professional. He is a Culinary Institute of America graduate, a protégé of Daniel Scannell, Certified Master Chef and two-time Culinary Olympian. Joe has a desire to create and make food that tastes amazing but is simple and elegant.  Chef Joe is an active member of the American Culinary Federation, and has previously served as Chairman and Past President of the ACF Denver Chapter of Chefs.

Joe is very active in career development and culinary competitions as well, having won numerous medals in local and national cooking competitions. In 2007 he earned the honor of ACF Western Region "Chef of the Year" and competed as one of four finalists for national honors. Joe's ultimate ambition is to earn a Certified Master Chef designation, the highest level of professional achievement known in the culinary industry.
